Circular Economy and Well-being Performance Review

The Client

LH Evans are Wales’ largest independent electrical wholesaler, with branches in South Wales and the West.

 

The Challenge

To undertake feasibility study in order to identify how LH Evan’s philosophy and operations fits in with the guiding framework principles of the circular economy standard BS8001, and aims and objectives of the Wellbeing of Future Generations (Wales) Act 2015.

 

The Outcome 

Following an onsite review with the management team a priority list of action was complied, which provided a report and business case of findings which identified scope to improve commercial effectiveness, environment and overall wellbeing performance.

 

The Future

LH Evans have committed to the ongoing review and implementation of the staged strategy, to allow continual improvement in line with guiding framework principles of the Circular Economy and aims and objectives of the Well-being of Future Generations (Wales) Act 2015.
